Need to build redux store logic for application management. Following are the tasks to complete the feature.

• Implement IApplication.ts with IApplication and IApplicationState interfaces.
• Implement applicationActionTypes.ts with the actions of the applications.
• Implement applicationActions.ts with redux store dispatch functions.
• Implement applicationReducer.ts with application store state.

Need to update documentation for the developers.

Need to update the readme file for this project. Then readme file that we currently have is taken from the previous project. There are a couple of things that need to be changed in the existing readme file.

• Project title - "MS Club Admin Panel"
• Update tech stack - React, Redux, HTML, SCSS. Find an image that contains logos of these technologies.
• Add Redux documentation link after the React documentation links
