Currently when a change occurs the entire file will be read. This is a bug.
Usually only the last added line(s) should be read.

The logic that is currently implemented here doesn't work as intended.

The program should forward any new logs via a gRPC connection to any number of backends. Also any backend should be able to fetch logs on demand. For this feature we need:

• A protobuf file that describes the data and functions
• Generated gRPC client and server implementation
  • the gRPC server should listen for requests that demand log file content and send it back
  • the client should forward any changes in log files to the backend(s)
• Some input parameters (port, timeouts, ...)
• Documentation for the usage

Instead of forwarding to a gRPC backend it should also be possible to write into an ActiveMQ broker.
