CI: Mergify no longer auto merging PR's

The repo's settings have since changed since Mergify was setup.

Update Mergify's settings to NOT merge but squash/rebase PR's to be in line with the repo's requirements and therefore reactivate the repo's automatic dependency management mechanic

Action required: Greenkeeper could not be activated 🚨

🚨 You need to enable Continuous Integration on Greenkeeper branches of this repository. 🚨

To enable Greenkeeper, you need to make sure that a commit status is reported on all branches. This is required by Greenkeeper because it uses your CI build statuses to figure out when to notify you about breaking changes.

Since we didn’t receive a CI status on the greenkeeper/initial branch, it’s possible that you don’t have CI set up yet. We recommend using Travis CI, but Greenkeeper will work with every other CI service as well.

If you have already set up a CI for this repository, you might need to check how it’s configured. Make sure it is set to run on all new branches. If you don’t want it to run on absolutely every branch, you can whitelist branches starting with greenkeeper/.

Once you have installed and configured CI on this repository correctly, you’ll need to re-trigger Greenkeeper’s initial pull request. To do this, please click the 'fix repo' button on account.greenkeeper.io.

Cache Busting of Books

When we add a new ISBN to the Seed, it essentially gets ignored if the Browser already has a cache of books in Local Storage. Basically, the Seed data is overwritten by that cache on first run given our ngrx-store-localstorage in the Meta Reducers

Perhaps look into either extending the Meta Reducers functionality so it doesn't over write but upsert (add too). Might have to do a custom solution, but if it could simply hydrate the existing data with what is missing from the cache, it would work fine.

IDE false type errors in Jest tests

When it comes to using pieces of Jest, given the current tsconfig.json, the IDE is assuming the types are coming from Cypress in our unit tests.

We need an additional tsconfig.json to for cypress testing that includes cypress types so the main tsconfig.json can be used for jest testing with jest types
