Regarding your mod's name

Using "My Resource Pack My Choice" as a wordplay on "My body, my choice" for a Minecraft mod name can be problematic. The original slogan is deeply associated with women's reproductive rights and autonomy, making it a sensitive and serious topic. Applying this slogan to a mod name, especially in a gaming context, may trivialize the gravity of the original message. It risks causing confusion, backlash, or misunderstanding, as the serious connotations of the original phrase may not align with the lighthearted and creative nature of the Minecraft community.

When opening and then closing the resource pack selection screen (ESC -> Options -> Resource Packs...) after a server has (un-)applied a resource pack the resources are reloaded.

Description

Some servers track whether you accepted a resourcepack and change its behavior depending on your choice. Personally I preload cached server resources to avoid additional waste of time and CPU usage when joining/leaving a server, so it would be awesome to be able to ignore resourcepack downloading while still sending a message to the server that you accepted it.
And in the best scenario, do it automatically, without having to click the button every time.
