main menu missing. Ubuntu 20.04 with Unity7

the main menu is missing (should be shown in the top bar)
i'm using Ubuntu 20.04 with Unity7, pinta-james-carroll latest/stable: 1.7 2020-08-09 (1) 196MB -

Pinta does not respect Yaru Light theme but Pinta/master from Github does

Bellow is image of programs that do respect Yaru Light theme and some of them that do not.

Interesting is Pinta/master from github respects Yaru Light theme, but Pinta/snap does not. But it looks like this is not limitation of snap packaging, because some apps from the list do respect Yaru Light theme.

Is there some setting or is Pinta packages somehow differently that others apps.
