For now you can use this method to get the German translated name:
vacbot.getAreaName_i18n(spotAreaName, languageCode);from ecovacs-deebot.js.

With the latest version of GitHub, it should now use the custom name for spot areas in your case.
I also added a property (mapSpotAreaSubType) for the predefined mapSubType numbers.

The library is not multi-lingual yet. The country code used in instantiation is only used for the communication with the ecovacs servers.
The spotarea names are available in german in the code but currently is only returned in english as e.g. the error codes are also.
