Change SEND to SUBMIT on Quick ToDo button on the Quick ToDo floatbox

If lead changes on project, notify new lead.

Add this ability, but with restrictions - no activity on task or milestone 
(or any milestone thereafter.

Replacing the "New Project/Quick To-Do" with the ability to select 
a "project type" which is linked to a dynamically created web form 
associated with a project.

Remove floatbox if possible with jquery calls.

Necessary requirements:
1. needs to open up nested boxes
2. not sure, but we may need it to be in an iframe

There are a number of ajax calls that need proper error calls.

1. Update all SQL commands to be strict.  Currently the STRICT option on 
MySQL is turned off.  Found out this was an issue by trying to save a 
blank date with EndDate='' which is not allowed under STRICT.
2. Convert to PDO?  This will allow for any back-end use.

Build Search functionality on Browse tab

CSS is not well done and needs a lot of work.  It's spotty at best right

Floatbox like entering a NEW task note from the TASK details view.

Find first task in project to show on someone's todo list.

Have the ability to notate a referenced project.  For example, if a form is
built, and later a bug is found, the project that was used to build the
form can be referenced in the bug project.

If not "active", put status on project details page.

Instead of having a number of links in the legend section, make a dropdown

Below selection object, details of the selected template shows is a

Add file attachment ability to task note screen.

When a new project is created, do not allow project status to be changed.

However, we need a mechanism to show the status of a project if it is not
Active.

1. Only Lead can change project details, milestones, tasks.
2. Anyone can add Notes, but if they are not the assigned_to user of task, 
denote on Task Note details.

2. User List (by department)
3. Proper way to manage user levels

Edit on screens

Think about an easy way to enable/create users.  Do we auto allow them to
sign in and create on the fly with notification of when they initially log in?

Add location where project can be added to watched list.
Add option to be notified when project is complete.
