Add support for different toggle policies.

When a segment is being collapse other segment need to fill the remaining space. By default there's a special "filler" segment that fills the remaining space.
The target solution should support the following toggle policies
EXPAND_HISTORY - should expand the segment that was open before expanding the current segment
EXPAND_FILLER - current policy - a "filler segment" is being expanded when current has been collapsed
EXPAND_PREVIOUS - should expand previous segment (e.g if segment 1 is being collapse segment 0 will be expanded. If segment 0 is being collapsed the last segment will be expanded)
EXPAND_NEXT - should expand nextsegment (e.g if segment 1 is being collapse segment 2 will be expanded. If last segment is being collapsed the first segment will be expanded)

Demo application look&feel should be improved to adhere to android style guidelines. Different types of view should be placed in each section.
