AI Handler: Fix UpdateInterval

Issue with (lack of) pointers, CheckMovement's update of Anima.UpdateInterval isn't stored.

Get good @ C, basically.

Could i use this and provide credit?

I think people will be more interested in testing this neat re-implementation and maybe collaborate with some code if you show the current state of this reimplementation in the README. Even early screenshots are fine!

Save/Load: Save_SetValue()

Updating (or creating) a value in the save file. Save needs parsed to check if the value already exists, and to replace the value with the one provided.
