4- node js:

https://nodejs.org/en/download/

if you install this or if you have this already then continue:

laraval_vue_SPA

it's a spa project made with laravel, vue, and mysql bootstrap

step 1

in .env file

edit database name, database username.

database username=

step 2

cmposer install

step 3

npm install

step 4

php artisan serve

it will give you a link click ctr+click on it.
