this project is about visualizing DNA or protein sequence data. the goal of this project is to help physicians find relation between different type of cancer or same cancer but different patients. So far three types of logo can be generated. these are Sequence logo, Mutation logo and Multiview logo. Sequence logo counts the frequency of nucleobases among patients and visualize them
