Currently, Iowa State uses an application called Net Nutrition to display food choices and nutrition information about food being served at its dining centers. The application is out of date because the UI is difficult to navigate and does not work well with mobile devices. We decided to remake the application focusing on user interaction and ease of use. We created a web application using vue.js and a backend API for retrieving food information. Also, we created services which allowed users to record food intake and track nutritional consumption.
