• add a screen/tab to the app for adding log entries

  • wake up time (maybe provided via a notification that logs the time once clicked so it can be the first thing you do in the morning for improved accuracy)
  • self-reported restfulness rating
  • notes (did you wake up in the middle of the night)
• maybe add some kind of objective test (like a reaction time test) to add some objective "how is your brain performing" data to these logs

the goal is to eventually replace the DIY HTML webpage with a flutter web build, probably using vercel since GH pages likely doesnt support flutter easily/in a non-janky way

seems like other sleep apps may be using the devices microphone to analyze breathing rate and sense how long it takes someone to fall asleep - maybe this could be a fun feature to add if theres someone who can do some of the signal processing/analysis that would be needed here

i.e. highlight anything less than 6h 45m in red because that's the minimum that athletics recomments, yellow for 7-8, green for 8+
