A stupid-simple webapp that calculates ideal wake up times based on a 90-minute sleep cycle - because all the online sleep cycle apps are kinda bloated and overkill or adversisements
add a screen/tab to the app for adding log entries
timestamp
sleep time
wake up time (maybe provided via a notification that logs the time once clicked so it can be the first thing you do in the morning for improved accuracy)
self-reported restfulness rating
notes (did you wake up in the middle of the night)
maybe add some kind of objective test (like a reaction time test) to add some objective "how is your brain performing" data to these logs
the goal is to eventually replace the DIY HTML webpage with a flutter web build, probably using vercel since GH pages likely doesnt support flutter easily/in a non-janky way
seems like other sleep apps may be using the devices microphone to analyze breathing rate and sense how long it takes someone to fall asleep - maybe this could be a fun feature to add if theres someone who can do some of the signal processing/analysis that would be needed here
