Golden Ticket - not working

Hello,

I've recently downloaded and signed up for monzo and was placed in the queue for a new card. After downloading the app my friend sent me over a golden ticket to jump the queue, however it didn't seem to do anything as I'm in the same place.

Is there something else I need to do to activate the golden ticket?
