I use the Java.G4 grammar to get started.

I have a question(http://stackoverflow.com/questions/37938531/write-modified-antlr4-parsetree) specifically to access the whitespaces and comments. My code is different from yours because I also modify the ParseTree using the TokenStreamRewriter. The modification also adds annotations.But no new methods are added. Variable names may change. Old variables will be replaced.

I have looked at your code. What is the level at which I have to gather the intervals ? Do I accumulate them in each method of the listener where I modify the tree ?
Should I use your procedure at all ?
