Hi,

I noticed that for my local bank, the atm is set to not known and also the brand is not recognized. Could that be because of the entrance node in the building?

I would like to see a filter for banks of the Cashpool group. Here is the OpenStreetMap discussion with some more links.

My local Deutsche Post office has an ATM, but is not recognized as belonging to the Cash Group, because the operator is ›Post‹, not ›Postbank‹.

I guess the operator should rather be ›Deutsche Post‹, but you should consider adding at least ›Deutsche Post‹ to the list of operators that belong to the Cash Group.

It would be nice if the user could see quickly where opening hours are missing without clicking on each icon.

This could be symbolized by a slightly different icon. As an example I changed the border color to yellow as one possibility. Another color might even fit better.

It would be really helpful when you can show the opening hours of the banks. Even nicer would be to only show banks which are open at a certain time frame as defined by the user. I implemented a similar function for http://briefkastenkarte.de - the pull request is still pending. Please note there is ypid/opening_hours.js which might be a base for the functionality.

you could check here for network, because there are also ATMs that have a name in the network tag

The icons for banks/locations with unknown ATM status are wrong. They contain a horizontal bar. In addition, banks/locations without ATM are no longer displayed.
