Hey, idk if this is the right place to say this, but Orianna Bot does not register Grandmaster yet as a role, will this be updated soon? Whenever a player is grandmaster, the rank role just disappears. Thanks

For example, if there are Korean names or Cyrillic letters, it "breaks" the name that is displayed in the server.

Since op.gg supports Garena servers now i guess it'll be available...?

Hello! I have issues assigning my account to Ori after transfering to another region.

I unbind my account because even tho i kept refreshing, Ori still showed my old name and server. The configuration link doesn't work, the LoL client won't accept it. Importing from Discord isn't working either.

Hi there, after the new update I went wild with roles and added a whole bunch of them, a lot of them with a whole list of conditions where (usually) 5 were required to match. However this has caused the command to request server roles to be unavailable, with the following error code: 1b5d13a7b7f1ede93575445fea5678de

I can list the roles and conditions if that would help?

In addition to this it also places my tft rank as bronze when i am currently gold 4

So, I configured everything but Orianna doesn't give out roles, tried kicking her out and inviting her back but it still doesn't work.

On my server, we can @message regions like @na. Unfortunately Discord doesn't allow people to mute role pings which can be annoying for some people.

Right now there's already an option to 'Opt-Out of Tier Roles' on the web interface. We should also have an option to 'Opt-Out of Region Roles'.

She does recognize my server (EUW) and does show my mastery points when pinged for "profile" or "top", however when it comes to having a certain "role" tied into mastery points, my account linked to Orianna bot doesn't seem to have any.

Every time I go to add an account and it asks to change my icon to the one it displays, it always comes up blank. I have tried different browsers but same thing is happening. Please help?!

I've been trying for quite awhile to configure Orianna bot on a server I joined but this is all I get when I try.

I play ARAM, TFT and very rarely a bit of coop (to get my first win of the day if all ARAMs end in losses).
I'm guessing that if the API fetch doesn't contain any (PvP?) Summoner's Rift games in its window at all, Ori-bot decides: "nope, you don't qualify for 'Unranked' (anymore)"?

(or is it a clarity issue and is "has never played a game of Summoner's Rift ranked" not (supposed to be) included in "Unranked"?)

I changed the roles via the website, and though they changed in the discord server role list, none are being assigned to users, even when i refresh everyone. Is there a step I'm missing?

I use 2 different discord account with the new account switcher in control, and https://orianna.molenzwiebel.xyz/me only detects one of them and doesn't let me switch between them or even log out, the only solution I found was to get the Auth link by typing @orianna bot edit and use it to access the desired account page

I have over 3,000 games on Ezreal and Orianna bot cannot create a chart for my mastery score.

Hey, I was wondering if there is a limit to the number of people that can be configured to orianna bot in a server. I have multiple people who had no issues with the setup in my server but after a certain amount, it seemed to stop working. They are able to receive DMs but when they use the @Orianna bot config command it doesn't work for them.

After adding the Orianna Bot to my server, I didn't receive any PM to configure the server.

If I try a command like "server edit", I get a check mark, then:

Slow Down! The owner of this server hasn't yet finished configuring me. Come back later!

What do I do now? I'm the server owner.

In Discord, if the option is enabled, it's possible for people to change their nickname. Orianna Bot should use that nickname within the server.

For example:

I am making a new bot for my server and I would like it if I can get the required information from Orianna directly, instead of asking the members again. I have to work with the LoL API.

I'm in love with the new condition system to make roles, however could you make it so that it can look at either a combination of conditions or only one of them being there? For instance I want to make a support role, looking at a high mastery score or level for (for instance) 3 supports, instead of all supports.

I guess that's somewhat of a vague description. I guess an option to select something like "player must score positive for all/one/any # of conditions"

Obligatory NotAProgrammer so I'm not sure if this would be impossible to make. If it is impossible, disregard this!

I just added my League account to the bot and noticed that it asked for a summoner icon change, instead of giving me a third party verification code. Since those codes are specifically made for third party verification, I think it would be awesome to use them to verify account ownership over the current method with changing icons.

Showing a screenshot of the verification tab, so you can see how easy it would be to verify account ownership with it.

I changed my discord name and it did not update it nor could I change it as a separate account. If you could add some sort edit function that would be very cool. Thank you.

I deleted a discord account with my league account attached, so now I can't connect my league account to my new discord account. I tried using the discord profile it tells you to add for issues and that aslso didn't work.

Upon linking their account the bot could set the users Discord nickname to their LoL summoner name.

If the user has linked multiple accounts you could provide the option to set a default / main one.

The nickname feature could be toggled on / off per server by admins.

A few users and I have tried adding our accounts via the Add Accounts page on Orianna Bot. Unfortunately it isn't quite working after having waited a period of time.

I havent been able to verify my account, I presume this is due to an API change related to runes in Season 8.

I was wondering how you have emotes for all champions and mastery levels since servers are limited to 50 emotes. It appears that you are not uploading them and then removing them instantly either. I made this ticket since I couldn't tell how you were doing it through the source code, or I was simply looking in the wrong places. I was trying to use more than 50 emotes in my own bot but couldn't figure out how.

when i type top server Orianna it shows someone with 39K points at the top and says i am rank >10,000 but i currently have 46K points, i'm not sure why it isn't keeping up to date

if u write "top champ server" on one server, and that again on another server, u get the same first page as on the first server. 2+ pages are correct.

is it possible to add the other TFT ranked mode? since league has both Ranked Solo and Ranked Flex i thought tft should atleast also have Ranked Duos included, it's called Double Up (Workshop), it got added last year.
