Yeah, if you use moby from a week or so ago you wont have that, and it may go away again, it is a bit unorthodox... we are trying to upstream the patch that is being applied...

Why not fork the docker repository and keep the patches there? Is this a CircleCI limitation?

Its just its really big and we are hoping to only have to carry this patch for a couple of weeks...

We have the same issue with the Linux kernel, also considered whether to include that...

(discussed in person: seems the issue is that we want to rebase the patch automatically against new versions of Docker on each build, which wouldn't happen if it lived in its own fork)
