Create a gh-pages branch and host VNet/VNet+P on github too.

The VNet "Pro Tip" mentions the Safari settings, see about using a smaller screen shot and a hyperlink to the local settings on the device.

Improve consistency between ReadMe.md, repo description and gh-pages info. Include link to gh-pages/info within description.

For both VNet & VNet+P, the screen shots of "Add Bookmark…" and "Edit Bookmark…" are out-of-date and don't reflect current JavaScript. Create new screenshots, making different ones for VNet/VNet+P if needed.

investigate use of curl for unit testing. consider means to roll back changes to web server if deployment target fails unit test.

Reloaded URL needs to use encodeURI__Component__() for **?**javascript:… and the textarea needs to use encode__URI__() . This should fix some issues with reloading the page. Likely impacts are in vnet.html, vnetp.html

Editing the initial bookmark URL to remove "http://mmind.me/vnet?" is a real drag and error prone. Consider new instructions using "Select All"/"Copy" of the text area followed by pasting over the initial URL.

Consider adding something to deploy files from make (ie 'make deploy'). Investigate shell vars or ~/.someFile to save server info.

Add better example and code formatting for Apache ForceType, etc. (ie for vnet, vnetp)
