We need to figure out exactly what we want the scope of the package to be. At a minimum I'd like to see:

• code for finding length of stay/episodes of care from the APDC that correctly handles hospital transfers/the prevalent pool effect
• code for checking consistency of linkage i.e. were records lost after linkage. If so, how many?
  A reasonable starting point would be to be able to reproduce all of the exercises from the Introductory Analysis of Linked Data course.

How can we get useful example data? How should this be organized to comply with privacy / legal / ethics obligations.

Obviously it would not be hosted anywhere except a MOH server / network drive.
