ec2_asg_scheduled_action ERROR! couldn't resolve module/action

Thank you @mmochan and @spicysomtam .I have ansible 2.9.5 version.
The task to create launch config and asg works, but since I was digging into scheduled asg action, it seems like something is missing in the python file.

The error I am getting is in "ec2_asg_scheduled_action", if you can suggest any resolution for that, I would be more than happy. Your help is always appreciated. Thank You

How do I use this module in ansible?

I can see it's not in ansible galaxy...yet.

Any chance you could add instructions about how to use this to the README?

Actually, why isn't this in ansible galaxy yet? It seems highly useful..my organization has need of this, and I imagine others do as well.
