mmalcek / bafi Goto Github PK

When I try to install bafi with go install github.com/mmalcek/bafi@latest there is an error:

go: downloading github.com/mmalcek/bafi v1.0.13
go install: github.com/mmalcek/bafi@latest: github.com/mmalcek/[email protected]: parsing go.mod:
        module declares its path as: bafi
                but was required as: github.com/mmalcek/bafi

Probably you could simply rename bafi to github.com/mmalcek/bafi in go.mod ?

I was looking for string replace template function, something like {{ "toto" | replace "to" "bi" }} or {{ "toto" | regReplace "^t" "T" }}, but it looks like there is no such function for the moment.

May be you can consider to include all functions from sprig ? This is almost a "standard" library of template functions.

Note: I see that we can use Lua to add custom functions, but for such basic operation it is probably better to have it by default (and native go is faster than lua).

Currently if we want to load a csv file with -i data.csv we have also to set the format using -f csv.
May be the format can be set by default to be the file extension if it is on of the known formats.
