Сервис перевода средств

Описание

Сервис шлет запросы по переводу средств в кафку в json формате.

Чтение и запись происходит через одну партицию.

Выставлено ограничение в 10 rps на одного пользователя.

В сервисе B присутствует возможность регулировать количество одновременно обрабатывающихся заявок через параметр запуска - requestHandlersMaxCount. При достижении этого лимита хендлеры будут блокироваться пока не обработаются текущие (в нашем случае - не истечет таймаут)
