Installation

Download script https://raw.githubusercontent.com/smorodsky/ean-barcode-generator/master/src/EAN_Barcode_Generator.jsx
Copy file to:

InDesign for Mac:
/Users/{{YOU_USER_NAME}}/Library/Preferences/Adobe InDesign/Version X.X/en_US/Scripts/Scripts Panel

InDesign for Windows 7 and later:
C:\Users\{{YOU_USER_NAME}}\AppData\Local\Adobe\InDesign\Version X.X\en_US\Scripts\Scripts Panel

InDesign for Windows XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\{{YOU_USER_NAME}}\Application Data\Adobe\InDesign\Version X.X\en_US\Scripts\Scripts Panel


Use

Open Scripts palette (menu Window->Utilities->Scripts) doubleclick item EAN_Barcode_Generator.jsx. Type the desired number of digits and click OK.
