It seems that this is an issue with the update servers. In the last days it was possible to run the image sucessfully. But today it fails again with different errors:

I don't think that this is an issue with this specific Docker image. It's a server issue which depends on the time of the day (unfortunately).

Yes, there are sometimes some issues as the mirrors are changing and updates are deployed in a roll not all at once. Clam has no HA server structure like other services as it is open source, open minded and provided free. You can see these problems sometimes.
You could try to solve that problems by specifying specific 'more reliable' or fast updated database providing servers - but it is always possible to have some delays or race conditions.
