Hey @sameeraksc ,
thank you for your issue.

Well, what you see is the freshclam log. It's all about updating the signature databases.

Clamd is running as a daemon here. If you connect to the daemon e.g via TCP and trigger a scan you will get a certain result e.g. an alert. You can then handle the response as you want.

If you would like to have detailed log you would need to customise the clamd.conf

Maybe add:

LogFile /var/log/clamd.log

IMHO logging is only necessary for debugging or error searching
