• add /new-user.html a form for new users. require login
• add root user to config.
• add /new-user to submit form to. also require login
• add mongodb as dep
• change /login to check users in db
• change /authorize to add tokens in db
• change /logout to remove tokens from db

make provider and resource get each others ports and domains from the config.
test to make sure it works
