using stdbool library

you can use stdbool library instead on defining the bool into a structure , as done in priorityqueue question .. will save some space (just an suggestion)

Add ITL(Internet Technology Lab) programs as well. It's a 2 credit lab now.

Fixing 2-3 tree algorithm

There seems to be a problem with node splitting after insertion. Implement a preorder/postorder traversal to check.

SJF scheduling algorithm fix.

SJF process scheduling algorithm implemented in sjf.c is giving negative wait time for input set:
