I'm often getting weird map names in the plugin, sometimes empty even, seems to take something off elsewhere instead of the right name (see vid below).

If I had to guess it would be due to the crappy firewall of the place i'm at (cant change it).
Have to launch game with 4g hotspot then switching back to wifi (might also be one reason, no clue).

I've been using this feature for a while now, and I've noticed that it's really cumbersome to check what time you currently have when only using this plugin. Would it be possible to add a way to perhaps darken/lighten/change the background of the specific medal you currently have?

Maybe adding a tint/hue to the background instead of just adjusting the brightness would work better?

This setting slider can be set up to 5 but only the top 4 medals will ever show if Champion medals is installed and one exists on the map

When something is enabled below the leaderboard (i.e. TMX or medals), having them close to the right is a bit weird when the records menu closes to the left

I brought this up with MisfitMaid, but here is a suggestion :).
Add an integrated 'medals area' where the different medals are shown.
Here is what I think would look nice, and what I shared with MisfitMaid:

example. this shows me but i only uploaded it. however the author is not a tm2020 account, and seems like the API took some liberties.

Just thought of this today - I think it should be fairly easy to implement just checking whether the gamemode is TM_COTDQualifications_Online or TM_KnockoutDaily_Online and then having the UI element at the correct height for each. Probably have a dropdown setting for showing during neither, one, the other, or both

I don't really know how you'd fix this, maybe place everything above instead of under?

Feel free to close if there's no good solution. I notice this in at least 2 other plugins (including one of mine) where if you join the TOTD server shortly after qualifier ends, the gamemode is still TM_COTDQualifications_Online even though it's a lie. Maybe the time could be checked since qualifier only lasts 15 minutes but the server seems to stay in that mode for about 30.

Maybe I'm tripping but I feel like it was showing the current author name when the feature for showing it and the map name above the leaderboard was introduced. In any case, I can confirm this feature is actually easy to implement since I did it previously for another plugin :p

Not a very commonly used thing, but in the pause menu:

This brings up the thing below the leaderboard panel (maybe useful for pad players who don't want to reach up to the keyboard?), and several elements are not moved out of the way

I want to use the Champion Medals plugin, mainly only to occasionally check them and to build support into my own plugins, but I don't want to see them in Map Info. I had started on a PR for this a while back but it seems to be a lot more complicated than I originally thought...

If there's a $G in the name of a map to reset colors, this plugin seems to ignore that and keeps applying colors to the rest of the map name.

I'm not sure the best way to make it look good, but like Ultimate Medals, I'd like to see how far away I am from each medal. Positive deltas (don't have medal) are probably enough. This way I can keep the clean interface of MapInfo and not use Ultimate Medals anymore
