Broken link in nav

On all of the pages, except for the home page, the link to "Town of Salem" in the navigation bar is broken.

What should happen?

The link should take me to TOS.html.

What actually happened?

The link took me to tos.html.

What do I think is causing this?

The link is lowercase, and the file-name is uppercase. This is probably fine on a file-system like the one used by Windows, which doesn't care about the cases of file-names, but it breaks on more picky web servers like the one used by GitHub pages.
