Mario Tic Tac Toe

Remove `--no-deprecation` when running tests

Running the tests right now displays the following deprecation warning:

[DEP0040] DeprecationWarning: The `punycode` module is deprecated. Please use a userland alternative instead.

The problem, which was first spotted in Node 21, is located in the tough-cookie package which is in turn pulled in by jsdom (direct dependency). Good news is that tough-cookie has it fixed already in version 5.0. Bad news is that jsdom uses a ^ for tough-cookie and therefore won't bring in any major version after 4.

So, ideally, when the time comes and jsdom update its tough-cookie dependency, the NODE_OPTIONS='--no-deprecation' should be removed from the package.json
