This could be helpful for encouraging people to keep at it.

Add a leading zero to the minutes (e.g. 08 instead of 8) so that the width is consistent. But style the leading zeros for minutes so that they have less contrast and the user can more easily focus on the minutes and seconds remaining.

The breaks can sometimes come on suddenly, and there's a desire to "just finish this one thing" before stepping away from the computer. A one-minute warning would make the transition less jarring.

Have tested this with Applicationize and it's working well. Just need to get a proper app icon, bundle this up, and add download/install instructions.

The large count is useful, but at a glance it would be nice to see a progress bar or similar visualization of how much time has elapsed vs. how much is remaining.
