Contrubution: Zhengchuan Wang:

1. Figuring out the formulas that map two given end points of an edge to a unique ID both horizontally and vertically.
2. Reversed the formula to map two end points from a given edge ID.
3. Wrote the first version of readBenchmark and release function.

Gabriel Friederichs:

1. Wrote getEdgeID and UnpackEdgeID functions
2. Wrote readBenchmark function
3. Wrote solveRouting function
4. Finished writeOutput and release fuctions

Luke Neuendorf:

1. Wrote first version of writeOutput
2. Debugged ece551.ccp to make it compatable with 556_eval.exe
3. Started solveRouting function
