Event Registration Form

This repository contains code for an Event Registration Form built using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The form includes fields for collecting user information required to register for a fictional event.

Features

Installation

To get a local copy up and running, follow these simple steps.

Steps

  1. Clone the repository
    git clone https://github.com/MikeManzi/summative_assessment_one_group15.git
  2. Navigate to the project directory
    cd summative_assessment_one_group15
  3. Open index.html in your browser to view the form.

Usage

  1. Fill in the required fields in the form.
  2. Click the "Submit" button.
  3. The form will validate the input fields and provide feedback if any of the fields are invalid.

Field Details

  • Name: Enter your full name using letters and spaces only.
  • Email: Enter a valid email address.
  • Phone Number: Enter your phone number in the format (123) 456-7890.
  • Event Date: Select or enter the event date in MM/DD/YYYY format.
  • Number of Tickets: Choose a number between 1 and 10 for the number of tickets you wish to register for.
