The localstorage package should be able to persist data for itself.

• Data should be loaded into the localstorage if specified by env vars at program start up.

• Every time a entry is created/deleted from the localstorage, the actual file that keeps it must be modified.

• Create methods that write information into disk.

• Modify main program to read from file at program startup.

Everything written in packages localstorage and server must be unit-tested.

• Create tests for localstorage package.
• Create tests for server package.
