Modify connection string and queries to be able to connect and create a database that does not currently exist on the passed host.

Determine if there is a manageable way to store all data in XML format while still being able to use Excel to maintain the data.

This will provide easier parsing of the data with other tools and reading from terminal while maintaining the easy front end provided by Excel.

Add a method for handling the column configuration into the CREATE and INSERT queries. This will allow for proper data types and other important flags.

Add standard ignores required for temporary files and other commonly ignored files.

Add options/parameters to the script to allow for the option of doing a full replace, inserting all data into the current table, or updating existing while inserting new rows of data.
