Convert cell ranges

It would be cool if cell ranges could also be converted

i.e

cellref('R1C1:R6C5') // will return A1:E6

In v2.0.1, passing row number 0 with R1C1 notation causes an infinite loop and eventual memory error 

const cellref = require('cellref');
cellref('R1C0');

In 2.0.0, this would return '@1'. In 2.0.1, the call never returns and eventually the process runs out of memory.
