Mylist delete removes update time and that is useful for syncing. Also delete is just destructive in general, especially if it affects all files in an episode when using generic.

Option 1: Implement locking to prevent lost updates due to concurrency
Option 2: Remove SaveToFile to avoid the issue and find another solution

Works with each episode type, e.g. -12, -S2, -O5

for manual links: try mylist generic add and use 310 already in mylist to detect watch state
generic files can be identified by .rl extension in anidb file name

Probably gonna resort to just storing it in the local file table, and marking episodes watched if any local files are watched. May be complicated by multiple manual link relations to different episodes.

Has columns frequency, last run time, runs left, time scheduled, and command request columns.

Too much of a pain to think about, considering files and episodes that don't have local files.
Also don't know if ep=0 applies only eps or specials/others too.

Extracting subtitles requires demuxing entire video, so save extracted subs

This is the relevant pull request. There hasn't been any updates to Swashbuckle since January 2023. Maybe NSwag has this feature or can create a fork.
