This project is build with Express JS a JavaScript framework and Twilio. This is an Server that interacts with WhatsApp payment Bot build on the Twilio platform, it receives http requests from functions written in Twilio, handles the requests by communicating with the MongoDB database and returning the required information, and the bot which is running on WhatsApp in updated.

To get a local copy up and running follow these simple example steps.

• Recent version of Node JS installed
• Access to WhatsApp Business API
• VS code or any IDE
• Twilio Account

• Clone the project into your local machine by entering the following command in the terminal: git clone [email protected]:Mihndim2020/WhatsApp-Payments.git
• cd into WhatsApp-Payments
• Run git checkout feature/setup to switch to the feature branch
• Run npm install to install dependencies
• Run npm serverstart to start the server
• Set up ngrok and update your Twilio functions that perform http request and you are good to go.
