An alarm clock with sound and sunrise simulation

The components used:

  1. ESP8266 microprocessor ( ESP-12E module placed on a custom made breakboard )
  2. LCD 16x2
  3. Joystick ( 2 Axis )
  4. Power Button ( retention button )
  5. MP3 module with 2W speaker
  6. Driving circuit for MP3 module ( 2n2222 NPN transistor, 330 Ohms resistor, 1n4007 diode )
  7. DS3231 real time clock module
  8. Level Converter ( 4 Channels )
  9. WS2812 LEDs strip
  10. Power Supply ( 5V 7A )
