When DSC executes Add-SBHost and passes parameter EnableFirewallRules as $false, Service Fabric still tries to create firewall rules, which it can't when the firewall is turned off.

Cannot validate argument on parameter 'SBClientConiguration'. Could not load file or assebly 'Microsoft.ServiceBus, Version=1.8.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken= or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

There are important files that Microsoft projects should all have that are not present in this repository. A pull request has been opened to add the missing file(s). When the pr is merged this issue will be closed automatically.

When executing the WorkflowManagerInstall resource with ComponentsToInstall = 'ClientOnly', the resource first installs 'Workflow Manager Client incl CU4' and after that attempts to install
'Workflow Manager CU5'. The latter fails with message 'The Workflow Manager CU5 installation failed. Exit code '-1' was returned.'. Running the WorkflowManager-KB4055730-x64-ENU.exe manually fails with 'Workflow Manager not found or this package does not contain compatible update'. This leads me to believe CU5 is not applicable to Workflow Manager Client installs.
