I went ahead and reflashed the device using Fastboot, to clear out the Dev kit and start from scratch. I redid the OOBE, and deployed with an existing connection string to a project with a custom module (not the Getting Started Module). Everything began to work properly and as expected.
One clarification, are you saying it worked with v0.0.9?
From all of my tests yesterday, I believe v0.0.9 worked, while v0.0.10+ didn't. But, I wanted to make sure, so I went back and redeployed the AIVisionDevKitGetStartedModule to test out the version numbers. I was unable to replicate the issue with my tests today. I was able to deploy the module successfully.
I'm thinking that reflashing the device using Fastboot and starting from scratch may have fixed the issue. Since the issue doesn't seem to exist anymore, I'm going to close this issue for now.
