My proposal would be to implement the following:
- Microsoft.FeatureManagement.Abstractions
- Microsoft.FeatureManagement.FeatureFilters.Base
- Microsoft.FeatureManagement.Core
- Microsoft.FeatureManagement.Provider.Configuration
The existing package would have dependency on all the new packages.
Thoughts @zhiyuanliang-ms on doing this split
from featuremanagement-dotnet.
