The WinForms UI for this app is not a great experience.
As an experienced WinForms and WPF developer, I'd be happy to recreate it in WPF for a better user experience.
If this is OK, ill do this and submit a PR

As @chucker found out, this is related to resource assemblies (so means most apps aren't using them if this is tested against lots of LoB apps?).

There are important files that Microsoft projects should all have that are not present in this repository. A pull request has been opened to add the missing file(s). When the pr is merged this issue will be closed automatically.

Microsoft teams can learn more about this effort and share feedback within the open source guidance available internally.

Can this be combined with dotnet-apiport? Issues are already popping up there for this (ie microsoft/dotnet-apiport#698).

By combining, it can just pull in the libraries instead of launching the console tool as well.
