Describe the bug
In Lesson-5 (Relational Databases), the Pre-Lecture Quiz does not have Question description. It only carries the answer choices in form of MCQ. The same behavior is seen for Post-Lecture Quiz, with repeated options from Pre-Lecture Quiz.

Click on 'Pre-Lecture Quiz, Post Quiz'

Expected behavior

Scroll to 'Document Data Stores with the Azure Cosmos DB'
Click on the link saying 'previous lesson'
