Why sandbox don't works?

Error: Request failed with status code 401

I have confirmed that my passphrase, key and secret are correct but when I initiate the API instance it gives me a 401 error 'invalid KC-API-PASSPHRASE'
I have this same api working with python but not js, so its not my authentication values.

Hi, I think we needed web socket reconnection upon failure badly, as order book will fails sometimes.

all of the other endpoints work fine but getAllPositions() returns 'Cannot read property length of undefined' undefined despite having multiple positions. getPosition() with specific symbols works just fine and returns appropriate data.
