bad example: flatten_tags_deep: { i: 'i' },

flatten_tags_deep: { i: 'i' }, will remove not only <i>, but also <img>. Probably anything that contains i

Please adjust the example to properly remove only <i>. I assume flatten_tags_deep: { i: '^i$' }, ?

remove_empty should also remove tags with only whitespace

 let html = sanitizeHtml(new JSDOM().window.document, 'H<i>  </i>ello world!', {
        allow_tags_deep: { '.*': '.*' },
        remove_empty: true,
    })

doesn't remove <i> </i> now.

flatten only tags with no attributes

Hi and thanks for this useful library!

How can one flatten only tags with no attributes? eg

sanitizeHtml(document, '<span><span>This is into useless spans</span></span>. <i>Hello</i> <span style="color: #ff3333;">world!</span>', {
  allow_tags_deep: { '.*': '.*' },
  flatten_tags_deep: { '.*': 'span' },
});
=>
"This is into useless spans. <i>Hello</i> <span style="color: #ff3333;">world!</span>"

(need to keep spans which have attributes)
