request to support NTLM proxy authentication for upstream proxy
this application is pretty cool, could you please add NTLM proxy authentication for it, my company provides a PAC file, proxy servers in the file use NTLM authentication, could you add support for it? it should read user name in command line and the password from stdin for security.
