discotimes

Automated estimation of trends, discontinuities and nonlinearities in vertical land motion using Bayesian Inference. Framework to detecting change points in GNSS, 'altimetry minus tide gauge' and other geophysical time series.

Prerequisites

Linux

Install git

$ sudo apt install git

Install miniconda

$ wget https://repo.anaconda.com/miniconda/Miniconda3-latest-Linux-x86_64.sh
$ bash Miniconda3-latest-Linux-x86_64.sh

Windows

Download and install git from here.

Download and install Miniconda from here.

Installation

either activate an existing conda environment or create a new one with:

 $ conda create --name <env_name> python=3.7
 $ conda activate <env_name>    

download the required packages with:

 $ pip install git+https://github.com/oelsmann/discotimes 
 $ conda install -c conda-forge theano-pymc -y
