Create a simple circuit that powers a led, which can be toggled with a button press. The schematics should be the same as what is described here: https://www.hackster.io/TIUniversityProgram/blinking-leds-with-msp430-and-energia-1930c0.

Create a stress-light like app. Requirements:

1. The button P1.3 should act as an on/off switch.
2. There should be 3 leds: red - P2.5, yellow - P2.4 and green - P2.3.
3. The lights should turn on and off in a circular fashion, i.e., red is on (others are off), then yellow is on (others are off) and then green is on (others are off), and so forth.
4. The timing between the transitioning the lights should be once a second (exactly).

Create a small program, which will cause the the lights on the device to blink one after the other (the delay is arbitrary).

Now that we have figured out how to use the button on MSP to generate interrupts, we should now have it done using the built in timers on the board.
